1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In a large resealable bag, combine the beef jerky, BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, onion powder and garlic powder. Seal the bag and shake to coat the beef jerky. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place the beef jerky on the baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour or until slightly crisp. Enjoy!
